Dr. Justin Gianni D.C. started Performance Family Chiropractic so Apex, NC, and the surrounding areas could have access to the best chiropractic care. He finds genuine joy in working with and treating his patients and seeing their lives improve in more ways than they thought possible. His passions for food, the outdoors and wellness are all also part of what drives him. He wants everyone to be able focus on pursuing their own personal interests in life and feel comfortable that when they go to their chiropractor they will be led to good health. He vows to keep your own personal health interests the top priority when working with you.
A lifelong patient of chiropractic care himself, Dr. Gianni didn’t fully appreciate just how important it was to his health and success in life until his cross country career at Elon University. Chiropractic care helped him to not only overcome injuries quickly, but prevent them from happening in the first place. After graduating from Elon University with a B.S. in Exercise Science, he went to New York Chiropractic College where he graduated with honors in 2014. He immediately started to work at a chiropractic office in Cary and is now excited to bring a personal touch to his practice in Apex, NC! He loves serving the Apex, NC community!

Dr. Isadore was inspired by a chiropractor who helped eliminate his migraines, leading him to earn a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the prestigious National University of Health Sciences. He is certified in acupuncture and utilizes Motion Palpation along with various Diversified Techniques to treat his patients. He enjoys treating a wide range of patients, from infants to the elderly and from those with acute injuries to those with chronic pain conditions. His primary goal is to restore and maintain optimal function and vibrant health by removing misalignments of the spine, known as Vertebral Subluxations.
Over the past 32 years, he has become renowned for his results in caring for patients with a wide variety of conditions in Apex, NC. He strives to determine if vertebral subluxations are the underlying cause of his patients’ pain and dysfunction. Dr. Isadore has experience treating students, professional athletes, and Olympic athletes across many sports. He has served as the chiropractor for the Carolina Ballet, the Duke Children’s Classic celebrities, and golfers in several Carolina Classic Tournaments. Additionally, he is an Injury Prevention Consultant and Instructor for the Backsafe/Sitting Safe injury prevention programs, having instructed hundreds of employees at companies such as DuPont, Ace Hardware, Ryder, ADM, Pergo/Perstorp, Blue Cross & Blue Shield, Walmart, Progress Energy, and Wells Fargo Bank.
